Who We Are

We are writing a book about system innovation in order to share our current experience and insight on how to facilitate processes to design and implement no ways of organizing our societies. We are doing this also in order to create space to learn with and from others.

We invite you to contribute to the book. There are many ways you can get involved: comment on our posts, follow #SystemInnovationBook on LinkedIn and subscribe below to get the latest updates in your inbox!

This page is an invitation to comment on our work, add your suggestions, and simply connect with us!

Meet the Team

Christina Tewes-Gradl

“I love to create connection and play with the future. My work is to facilitate system change, enable cross-sector collaboration, and share my insights.”

I am grateful for all the teachers and schools I could learn from, from Theory U to System Practice, from strategy management to systemic organizational development and hypnosystemic approaches, from the forest and my daughter. Writing this book feels like bringing in the harvest in the fall: I can see how much we have already developed, and also what comes up next.

I am looking forward to connecting with you at c.gradl@endeva.org.

Samantha L. Beekman

“Inclusive systems innovation realized through diverse local partnerships holds the potential to change paradigms for a better future for all of us. This is only truly possible when we center those who are typically left out of the conversation – especially those most impacted by it.”

In my journey learning about and practicing system change, I have learned a great deal about the value of deep connection, openness and levity, complex partnerships and broad collaboration. These are some of the key ingredients that have led to the kinds of tangible change we hope for in system innovation.

I’m thankful for the opportunity that this book presents to share the insights I have gleaned and to connect more profoundly both with those doing similar work and with those who could benefit from it!
